Sr. Electrical Designer

Client Description Our client offers quality engineering and design services in the instrumentation, electrical, process control, mechanical, civil, and structural fields for the chemical, oil/gas, pharmaceutical, and power industries. Located in Cherry Hill, NJ, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic area known for its vibrant community and proximity to major urban centers. The Sr. Electrical Designer will use AutoCAD or MicroStation to create or modify electrical designs for industrial applications. Typical drawings include schematics, arrangements, single lines, cable schedules, cable tray plans, and power distribution plans. Typical systems operate from 13.8KV to 24 VDC. Equipment of interest includes Motors, Transformers, Generators, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Electrical Switchgear, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
