Our client, a Fortune 5 technology company, is looking to hire a Sr. Art Director in Seattle, WA. Job Title: Sr. Art Director  Location: Seattle, WA, US  (onsite role) Duration: 6 months (extension and conversion possible) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8–5)Pay Rate Range: $60 to $70/hr W2, depending on experienceAbout the Opportunity Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director III to join its internal design organization. This team is dedicated to elevating design excellence across the company by creating world-class brand experiences, visual campaigns, and large-scale events. This role is ideal for a conceptual Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences. You'll work across multiple mediums, including branding, digital design, event experiences, presentation design, websites, environmental graphics, and marketing assets.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of visual concepts from initial ideation through final execution.
• Design compelling brand identities and visual systems for events, campaigns, and internal initiatives.
• Create high-quality creative assets, including:
  • Event branding and signage
  • Presentation decks
  • Digital and web graphics
  • Marketing collateral
  • Environmental graphics
  • Swag and promotional materials
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, program managers, developers, producers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while pushing innovative design solutions.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
• Use customer insights and performance data to inform creative decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Art Director, or Conceptual Creative in an advertising agency or in-house creative organization.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating:
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Brand identity systems
  • Art direction
  • Event or experiential design
  • High-quality visual design execution
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Figma
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion design experience using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating branding for conferences, large-scale events, summits, product launches, or experiential marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with distributed or global creative teams.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise technology or consumer brands is a plus.
