One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Sr. Program Manager- Trust & Safety @ San Bruno, CATITLE: Sr. Program Manager- Trust & SafetyLOCATION: San Bruno, CA Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Rate: DOE Description: Sr. Program Manager Trust & Safety The Trust & Safety (T&S) Group withinclient's Global Ecommerce is responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies, programs, and products to ensure safe transactions and create trust perception across our Ecommerce businesses. In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will design, manage, and lead the implementation of complex global Trust & Safety, Risk and Fraud programs. The Sr. Program Manager will partner with Policy, Compliance, Customer Care, Analytics, Product and Technology teams. An ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and have a pragmatic approach to solving problems. This position requires a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to build, manage key relationships and functional responsibilities. We are looking for a cross-functional team leader that operates with a sense of urgency, has experience with fraud policy creation and enforcement, understands working within grey areas, and can make decisive and objective decisions. This role will report into the Sr. Manager II, Trust & Safety, Seller FraudYou’ll make an impact by:
- Implementing, coordinating, and managing programs designed to flag and curb Seller Fraud on Walmart global marketplaces
- Identifying risks, resources, requirements, activities, and timelines for each program
- Prioritizing, coordinating implementation, and communicating cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders
- Generating reports and summaries for each program for cross-functional partners and leadership
- Being comfortable dealing with ambiguity and consulting with cross-functional teams and SMEs to help address issues
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business
- You have 5+ years' experience in Fraud and Risk Management, program management, policy management, risk assessments and/or compliance
- You are a detail-oriented, critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels
- You are an independent team player that can build relationships with partners and keep teammates informed and engaged
- You have experience working with partners and teammates across different time zones and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce business, C2C and/or B2B marketplace
- Prior experience managing global Trust & Safety Programs
- Cross-functional responsibilities in a matrix environment
- Comfortable working in an agile and start-up like environment*
