Job Description

SR. TAX ACCOUNTANT (CORPORATE INCOME TAX)

IMMEDIATE HIRE | Great Culture & Growth Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to support our growing corporate tax function with a strong emphasis on income tax, ASC 740, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their technical tax skills while working in a genuine, respectful, people-first environment where integrity matters and growth is real.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions
  • Support corporate income tax calculations and quarterly estimated tax payments
  • Research tax law changes and help identify tax-saving opportunities
  • Assist with special tax projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review monthly sales & use tax filings
  • Support sales/use tax audits, reconciliations, and exemption certificate reviews
  • Prepare monthly general ledger entries related to sales tax
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day transaction tax questions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 1–3 years of tax accounting experience (corporate or public)
  • Good understanding of financial accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with federal and state income tax rules
  • Understanding of Sales & use tax experience
  • CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
