Job Title: Paralegal – Class Action (Antitrust, Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Qui Tam Litigation)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paralegal to join our Class Action team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation and be passionate about advancing the rights of consumers and whistleblowers. This role involves supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation—from case investigation and discovery to trial and settlement administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of class action and complex litigation, including case development, investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Manage large volumes of discovery materials, organize evidence, and coordinate e-discovery with co-counsel and vendors.
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents such as discovery responses, deposition summaries, and factual memoranda.
Conduct factual research using public records, databases, and regulatory filings (SEC, FDA, CMS, etc.).
Assist in preparing exhibits, trial notebooks, and witness materials for hearings and depositions.
Communicate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure smooth case coordination.
Track deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and manage case files.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved program preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in litigation, with at least 2 years focused on ERISA or employee benefits class actions.
Familiarity with ERISA fiduciary standards and class action procedures.
Proficiency in e-discovery and document management software (Relativity, Casepoint, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
