Based on experience.MUST BE LICENSED AND HAVE EXPERIENCE AS WORKERS COMPENSATION/LOST TIME CLAIMS ADJUSTER in LouisianaWe are seeking a Sr Workers Comp Claims Adjuster with experience in Workers Compensation Claims to work within a nationwide insurance corporation helping and supporting the injured worker, their employer, and the insurance company to protect everyone's interests.We are seeking serious and professional candidates. Candidates that are serious about their careers and the further development of it for this organization cares about their employees and wants them to be there very best!MUST BE LICENSED AND HAVE EXPERIENCE AS WORKERS COMPENSATION/LOST TIME CLAIMS ADJUSTER in LouisianaDuties:- Investigate and evaluate workers' compensation claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential fraud- Review medical records, interview claimants and witnesses, and gather evidence to support claim decisions- Analyze and interpret workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance- Collaborate with legal counsel, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives- Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations and decisions- Provide guidance and mentorship to other junior claims adjusters
