Job Description
You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to modernize CRM capabilities and support mission-critical operations, particularly in regulated and utilities-focused environments.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and create detailed system and process flows
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements
Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
Translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions
Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and user guides
Develop reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring processes
Perform system audits, support upgrades, and ensure platform stability
Manage Salesforce data feeds and third-party integrations
Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing and CI/CD deployments
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements

Recent Utilities industry experience strongly preferred

Mandatory Qualifications:(Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)
- ...10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Advanced proficiency in:○ Salesforce Apps○ Visualforce○ REST & SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits
- Experience with Agile application development environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (git, Copado, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred
- Salesforce platform & Development
- Salesforce Apex
- Salesforce DevOps
- Agile Application Development
- 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- GitHub
- Azure-based CI/CD deployments
- Utilities, Energy, or regulated industry experience
