Sr. UX Designer

• Working closelywith Product Managers totransform business goals into actionable UX/UIbusiness requirements in line with a user-centered design philosophy

• CollaboratingwithProduct and Engineeringto vet andrefinehowUX/UI requirementsare implemented by Engineering

• UsingUX/UI business requirements todefine process flows and createconceptual wireframes 

• Creatinghigh-fidelity interactive prototypeswhen neededforuser testing, communicatingcomplex interactionrequirements,etc

• Fully owning responsibility for theholisticexperienceof products within assigned product area

• Working with Product Managers toprovideaUX workplan for each initiative, includingdatesaround each phase of work, andtiming of asset delivery

• Maintainingproductsubject matterexpertisewithin their product area

• Developing internal and external relationshipstogeneratefuture site visit opportunities

• Helpingcraft processes and toolstoimprove and standardize UX operations. This includes meaningful additions to our user feedback processes, workflow design activities, andgeneral supportacross the organization foradhering to process. 

• Leading site visits, interviews, and surveys to develop a thorough understanding of our users 

• Continuallyimproving keyinternalrelationships across departmentsto ensure the UX/UIteam isaware ofallUXneeds within the organization, and meeting them

• Usingadvanced behavioral metrics techniques tofind opportunities for improvementwithin existingsolutions

• ProvidingUX subject matterexpertisethroughout the business

• Providingdesign and process guidanceto help other departments be more effective wherever needed

• Serving as amentor forUX Designerswith less experienceon the team, to provide guidance and exemplify howUX Designers function within the department, andacrossthe organization

• Motivated by solving complex problems with elegant design solutions

• 5+ years of experience designingbusinesssoftware UX

• Bachelor’s degree inHCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design,a related field, orpossessingequivalent experience

• Intermediateknowledge of front-end technologies used to implement designs (HTML, CSS, etc.)

• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI tools

• Natural ability to create andgrowrelationshipswithin teams and across departments

• Portfoliodemonstratingstrongdesigncapabilities anda track recordof quantifiable results

• Excellent heuristic usability analysis skills

• Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills

• Deep understanding of best practices for web-based information architecture and design

• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - quickly and iteratively, delivering on time

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
