Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant to support a new product initiative within the Consumer Payments and Deposits organization in Consumer Banking & Lending. This role is central to launching and scaling a customer‑permissioned data‑sharing platform that enables secure, scalable exchange of customer data with approved third‑ and fourth‑party partners.

You will play a key role in translating product strategy into actionable execution—working closely with partners across Technology, Digital, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a compliant, resilient, and customer‑centric solution. This work directly supports CSBB Payments’ strategy to modernize data access while maintaining strong risk management and regulatory discipline.

The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the platform’s underlying data architecture—including systems of record (SORs), APIs, webhooks, and end‑to‑end data flows—and use that expertise to influence and shape future‑state product and technology design.
