Weyerhaeuser is a leader in sustainable forestry and wood products, dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. As Senior Director of Product Management reporting to the Vice President of AI and Data, you will be accountable for defining and scaling a portfolio of AI-powered products that drive Weyerhaeuser's operations, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. You will lead the development of customer-centric products that deliver measurable business value - from EBITDA impact to customer experience - by embedding AI and data into critical enterprise workflows.
This role leads the enterprise AI product management function and is accountable for defining, scaling, and operationalizing Weyerhaeuser's AI product portfolio across Business Solutions, Industrial AI, Geospatial AI, and AI Foundations. The Senior Director will establish and lead a Product Management Center of Excellence (CoE), building consistent product management practices that translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. This leader will partner closely with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered products that are embedded into enterprise workflows, adopted at scale, and directly tied to financial and operational performance, including pricing optimization, supply chain efficiency, manufacturing performance, and forest intelligence.

- Lead the Product Management team to drive the portfolio of AI services and capabilities across Weyerhaeuser's business and corporate functions.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear product visions, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Anchor product investments to measurable EBITDA impact and operational performance improvements.
- Ensure strong linkage between service adoption and realized business value.
- Establish consistent product and service lifecycle management from ideation through scale.
Product Management Operating Model & CoE Leadership
You will build and lead a Product Management Center of Excellence (CoE) that scales best practices.
- Define and institutionalize product management standards, frameworks, and playbooks.
- Establish consistent practices for discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and value measurement.
- Elevate product management capability through coaching, tooling, and governance.
- Create scalable and repeatable mechanisms to ensure high-value product delivery at scale.
- Drive clarity of ownership, accountability, and decision rights across products and teams.
AI Delivery and Adoption
AI only delivers value when embedded into workflows and adopted. You will ensure products are designed and delivered for real-world use.
- Drive tight integration of AI services and capabilities into business workflows and systems (e.g., SAP and other operational tools).
- Drive an AI-first mindset across product design and engineering by building AI-enabled decision support systems and leveraging AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery and improve business outcomes.
- Ensure services and products are intuitive, actionable, and trusted by end users.
- Partner with development teams, data teams, system integrators, and business teams to ensure scalable, production-grade delivery.
- Track and improve adoption, usage, and outcome realization.
- Champion a "No adoption = No value" mindset across the enterprise.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment
You will operate as a senior leader across business, technology, and data domains.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and define product requirements.
- Align with Data Management, Engineering, and AI teams on delivery feasibility and sequencing.
- Collaborate with Finance and executive leadership on prioritization and value tracking.
- Serve as the primary voice of the product function in executive forums.
AI Enablement and Program Integration
You will oversee AI enablement capabilities that support product success.
- Lead AI enablement efforts including program management, change management, and adoption strategies.
- Ensure consistent execution across product initiatives through structured program oversight.
- Align product delivery with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Enable scaling of successful products and services across regions, segments, and business units.
