Sr. Roofing Estimator

As a Roofing Estimator you will be able to:

• Extensive experience with construction estimating software and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction documents.
• Proven ability in managing projects as a construction estimator within the commercial roofing sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of construction management software platforms for scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis and data management.
• Knowledge of material cost estimating, cost management strategies, and estimating construction project budgets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the estimation process.
• Familiarity with contracts negotiation, scope development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Construction site experience is highly valued for understanding on-the-ground realities influencing estimates.
