Job Description

Senior BDM – Light Industrial StaffingLocation: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW); hybrid/field-based. Remote flexibility with strong local market presence required. Travel within territory expected. Our client is seeking a Senior BDM to drive new business growth and expand market presence.What you will do:
  • Drive new business and build a strong pipeline within Light Industrial staffing.
  • Close high-volume deals ($1M+ accounts) and secure new partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven BDM/Sr. BDM experience in staffing (Light Industrial preferred).
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building a book of business.
  • Ability to manage large territories and exceed revenue targets ($2M+).
