Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Billing Associate to join our shared services team.
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Assist with maintaining billing records and supporting documentation. Process credit memos, adjustments, and rebills as required
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Construction billing experience required
- AIA billing experience required
- 0–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general office/administrative work
- Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
The hourly pay range for this position is $30-37 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
