Introduction
Join our team to lead design activities in cross-functional development teams, creating industry-leading experiences for clients, teammates, and the business. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can participate in design-driven programs, define insights, and advocate for client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, including equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas and influence decision-making.
- Understanding and application of industry and discipline standards.
- Excellent time and issue management skills.
- Experience in creating artifacts and executing ideas.
- Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback.
- Proficiency in applicable software applications.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in financial or FinTech design.
- Experience interacting with creative, business, and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of engineering and development processes, particularly Agile.
- Comfortable working in a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
- A passion for improving people's lives through design.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and deliver artifacts across various environments.
- Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.
- Use storytelling and persuasion techniques to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
- Stay current on trends, theories, methods, and processes.
