Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking a Sr HR Workforce Analyst for their compensation/benefits department to provide administrative support. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for workforce insights.
- Present data findings through clear, actionable reporting and storytelling.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across HR reporting.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce challenges and reporting needs.
- Improve HR data systems and reporting processes while mentoring junior analysts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience in an HR Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related position.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies
- Candidates must have a strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management and stakeholder management.
- Must have strong HR knowledge and be comfortable with HR systems and data.
Benefits and Perks:

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
