Job DetailsWe are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can hit the ground running. This is a design-forward role for someone who takes real ownership of their work, brings both creative vision and technical precision, and leads confidently with minimal oversight. You will work primarily on Level II and Level III residential projects: larger-scale condo remodels and fully custom new builds.What You'll Do

• * Lead interior design from concept through construction documents
• * Develop and refine design concepts that balance client objectives, aesthetic goals, and budget
• * Produce high-quality deliverables: space plans, finish schedules, custom specifications, and presentation materials
• * Develop custom interior details that give builders clear, precise direction
• * Collaborate closely with the architecture and landscape teams across all project phases
• * Mentor and support a junior designer as she takes on expanded responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• * 5+ years of professional interior design experience, high-end residential focus required
• * SketchUp proficiency required
• * Experience on Level II and Level III residential projects — large-scale remodels and new builds
• * Strong design sensibility across a range of styles
• * Ability to work independently and manage multiple active projects
• * Monday.com familiarity a plus; NCIDQ a plus but not required
