Sr Legal Receptionist & Switchboard

Interview Type: Phone/virtual interview followed by an in-person interview.Job Description: Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Support a law firm account as part of a two-person team providing Reception and Hospitality services. Greet guests, answer and transfer calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Manage conference room and visiting office reservations. Coordinate catering orders and set up beverages and refreshments for meetings. Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and inventory of supplies. Assist with office services functions, including mail, shipping, scanning, copying, and office supply ordering. Partner closely with onsite and operations teams to support daily business needs. Prioritize multiple responsibilities throughout the day while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Flexibility to accommodate occasional early starts or late requests during weekdays. The ideal candidate will: Be self-motivated, organized, and customer-service focused. Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Learn quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and show consistency in performance. Have experience in hospitality, concierge services, office operations, business office environments, or similar client-facing roles. Moderate sitting and walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
