  • Transfer Pricing: Maintain global transfer pricing policies. Partner with external consultants on economic analyses and implement cost-plus adjustments to optimize tax positioning.
  • Strategic Planning: Proactively monitor federal, state, and international tax law changes to identify high-value opportunities, including R&D tax credits.
  • Audit Defense: Serve as the primary contact and defense lead for federal, state, and international tax audits to conclude engagements smoothly without material adjustments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience. A blend of 'Big 4' public accounting and in-house tech/SaaS company leadership is highly preferred.

  • Systems & Tools: Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and automated sales tax compliance software (e.g., Avalara) is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience navigating complex tax events, transaction readiness, R&D credit studies, and audit defense.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical tax concepts into brief, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
