Job Description
Sr Medical Claims Representative J. Morrissey is working in partnership with a long lasting client; We are recruiting for a Lead Medical Claims Representative. This a Temporary to Hire role. Hours: Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm. Hourly Pay: $26.00 plus based on experience. Benefits to be provided when the role converts to a regular hire. Environment: Beautiful Building, Cafe onsite, Rural area, Free onsite parking. A representative list of Duties.
- Lead a team of 3's workflow and workload. *
- Process and adjust medical claims for high value clients. *
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries from Clients and Providers.*
- Perform the detective work to identify and resolve claims issues.*
- Act as a backup for appeals. *
- Handle all escalated calls.
