YOU are a strategic thinker who excels at providing guidance in setting business direction to support functional strategy and continuous growth. You are someone who understands succession planning, management development, and performance management, and can provide the support and partnership needed to execute strategic initiatives. You have familiarity with and can provide education and counsel of policies and procedures to limit legal exposure.

Preferably, YOU have:

• A BS/BA degree in a related discipline
• 7+ years of related experience
• Experience supporting senior level executives
• Located in STL metro area - Corporate & Talent Management & Workforce Planning Experience
