Job Description
Sr Process Engineer – Job ID 26745
Location: Boulder, CO (Onsite)Duration: 24 MonthsPay Rate: $55–60/hr W2
Must-Have Skills
- Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) – Hands-on validation protocol development and execution.
- Capital Project Management – Experience leading medium to large equipment/process projects.
- Statistical Analysis – SPC, process capability, data analysis, DOE preferred.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience in a regulated environment (Medical Device preferred).
- Process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical aptitude with complex equipment/systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for the electron beam manufacturing line.
- Lead process, equipment, and component validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Manage capital equipment upgrades, replacements, and installation projects.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, production layouts, and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Perform statistical analysis to improve yield, efficiency, and process capability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Support technology transfers, equipment qualification, and process optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
