Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment? Are you enthusiastic about being a team player in one of the most fascinating industries in the world? At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.

THE JOB:

MGM Product Managers act as CEOs of their product domains, owning the vision, strategy, and execution required to solve critical customer problems and drive business growth across MGM's physical and digital experiences. Combining engineering, design, and business expertise with deep customer empathy, they deliver data-driven, engaging solutions that create measurable value. As influential leaders, they align and inspire cross-functional teams-without direct authority-to achieve shared goals. The Senior Product Manager brings strong technical fluency, including experience with data objects, schemas, and end-to-end data pipelines, and collaborates closely with partners in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Product, Direct Marketing, and across all MGM lines of business to build scalable, high-impact solutions.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across MGM to identify and define high-value opportunities that drive meaningful customer impact and measurable business growth.

  • Partner with stakeholders to build compelling, data-driven business cases, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategy into a clear, outcome-focused roadmap.

  • Work closely with Architecture and Program teams to identify and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and opportunity costs, ensuring efficient delivery and sustained financial impact.

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, data-driven products spanning multiple feature areas-from discovery and design through launch, optimization, and scale.

  • Continuously optimize product performance against committed goals, customer needs, and operational excellence standards to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your product domain, owning quality and results by leading user testing, establishing KPIs, and partnering with QA and Analytics to monitor, measure, and improve outcomes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling digital products, with strong expertise in product strategy, development, and requirements definition.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain master data, with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.

  • Experience delivering customer-facing and enterprise digital products within Agile environments, leading cross-functional teams through iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience driving complex, data-enabled initiatives, including familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and end-to-end data pipelines; strong technical acumen with SQL and database concepts.

  • Background working with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, RFSmart or similar WMS solutions, and recipe management/food costing systems; hospitality supply chain experience is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, aligning diverse groups toward measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to set clear direction, define KPIs, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and influence stakeholders at all levels while staying current on industry trends and best practices.

THE PERKS & BENEFITS:

  • Prioritize your wellness, access programs crafted to nurture your mental and physical health.

  • Enjoy unbeatable discounts on hotel stays, dining, retail, entertainment, and exclusive partner perks for travel, tech, and beyond!

  • Savor delicious meals for free in our employee dining room.

  • Park with ease-whether you're on or off shift, it's free!

  • From healthcare to financial support and generous time-off options, we've got you covered.

  • Elevate your career with development programs, connect through networking events, and make a difference with community volunteer opportunities.
