THE JOB:MGM Product Managers act as the CEO of their product domain, owning the vision, strategy, and delivery of solutions that address critical customer needs and business opportunities. As a key member of the Data Team, the Senior Product Manager focuses on building and scaling data products, with deep experience in data models, schemas, and end-to-end data pipelines. This role blends engineering, design, and business expertise with strong customer empathy to create engaging, data-driven experiences across MGM’s physical and digital properties. They collaborate closely with partners across data engineering, analytics, digital product, and marketing, as well as stakeholders across all MGM business lines. As influential leaders without direct authority, they inspire teams, align cross-functional efforts, and drive their product area to become a meaningful source of growth for MGM.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across MGM to identify and shape high-value opportunities that drive meaningful customer and business impact, with a strong focus on data-driven use cases

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop robust business cases, then drive prioritization and define clear, insight-led product strategies

  • Collaborate with architecture and program teams to proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, maintaining an efficient, value-focused roadmap with measurable financial outcomes

  • Own and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data products spanning multiple features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals

  • Continuously optimize product performance against KPIs, customer needs, and operational targets, using data to iterate and deliver sustained results

  • Ensure product quality and success through rigorous user testing, KPI tracking, and close partnership with QA and analytics teams, while serving as a subject matter expert in your domain

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling digital products, with a strong emphasis on data-driven platforms and data products

  • Demonstrated experience in product management and development, including requirements definition, with the ability to translate complex data needs into actionable product solutions

  • Solid foundation in data disciplines (data engineering, analytics engineering, or data analytics), with hands-on experience working with SQL, databases, and large-scale data systems

  • Proven experience designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines, with working knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP and data architecture best practices

  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders, including external vendors when applicable

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to drive data, design, and engineering discussions, manage multiple workstreams, and set clear, measurable goals aligned to business outcomes
