Senior Product Marketing Manager – Overview
Leads and executes go-to-market strategies for a lending product portfolio, partnering closely with Product and cross-functional teams to drive growth. This role oversees integrated digital and traditional marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing technology, data, and automation to deliver a cohesive brand experience and achieve portfolio KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel go-to-market strategies (web, email, mobile, social, paid media, SEO, content, online platforms).
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and behavioral data into clear product positioning and messaging.
- Design lifecycle, trigger-based, and loyalty campaigns to increase engagement and wallet share.
- Lead data-driven, automated, personalized campaigns across channels.
- Own campaign roadmaps, strategic briefs, and performance reporting to leadership.
- Define and track KPIs, optimizing strategies based on results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with growth goals.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and marketing technology partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, including go-to-market ownership for product portfolios.
- Strong experience leading digital marketing strategies and data-driven campaign execution.
- Financial services industry experience required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and scale marketing programs.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and personalization strategies.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Skills
- Expertise in digital marketing and performance measurement (ROI analysis).
- Strong project, timeline, and budget management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools.
