Description:

1. What is the specific title of the position? Sr. Project Manager II

2. Where is the work to be performed? Telecommuter role

3. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team and Business Capabilities & Solutions Delivery.

4. What does the team make-up look like? Team is made up of 90+ project managers from junior level to very senior level project managers, supporting the entire Optum Rx business the PBM, all the pharmacies (Home Delivery, Specialty, Genoa, Pharmscript, etc.)

6. What skills/attributes are a must have (Please be detailed as to number of years of experience)? 5+ years project management experience or similar experience, Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment, Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, and Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries

7. What skills/attributes are nice to have? Business operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization, Familiarity with Optum Rx and Optum Rx's products & services, Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience, Experience with Smartsheets

9. What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8am 5pm CT standard hours, M-F, excluding company holidays

10. Is overtime or weekend work a requirement? No but may be possible

11. What does the interview process look like?
