Role Overview
Legal is seeking a senior Project Manager to support the Legal organization s Digital and AI Transformation roadmap. This role will operate on theside, partnering with senior Legal leaders, internal IT teams, and an external delivery partner.The Project Manager will be embedded in a highly matrixed environment and will play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple Legal workstreams and a large Tiger Team. We are starting with a 90-day engagement, anticipatingKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate vendor delivery plans into clear,ready views of phases, milestones, and outcomesEstablish and maintain week by week execution clarity, including what good progress looks likeDefine, document, and socialize roles, responsibilities, and governance structuresRun core operating rhythms (status, risks, decisions, dependencies, escalations)Develop and deliver executive ready written and verbal communicationsLead elements of change management and adoption planning, particularly related to how Legal will use AIEnsure alignment between the roadmap and the broader Legal Digital Transformation portfolioIdentify resource gaps, decision bottlenecks, and cross workstream dependencies earlyRequired Experience5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in complex enterprise environmentsProven success working with senior executive stakeholders in Legal, Risk, Compliance, or similarly governed functionsStrong background in governance, communications, and change managementDemonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed organization without direct authorityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting digital transformation and/or AI enabled initiatives preferredWhat This Role Is NotNot a delivery or engineering roleNot responsible for solution design or system buildNot duplicative of vendor responsibilitiesSuccess MeasuresLeadership has consistent, trusted visibility into progress and risksRoles, governance, and decision paths are clearly understoodWorkstreams remain aligned and appropriately resourcedLegal stakeholders are prepared to adopt AI enabled capabilities
