Job Description
Title: Senior Quality Compliance Lead
Location: Hammond, IN area
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949 / ISO9001 standards
- Manage calibration, GR&R, QMS documents, and internal audits across NPAA sites
- Lead supplier, customer, and ISO/IATF audits; oversee corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain audit schedules, reports, and internal auditor training
- Manage compliance projects: calibration records, document control, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
- Support customer audit requests and corporate/plant audits
- Participate in quality improvement teams
- Provide QA training for new hires and specialists
- Prepare monthly audit reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Ability to handle paints/chemicals with PPE
- Proficiency in Office tools; advanced skills preferred
- Experience with ISO9001 QMS preferred
