The Impact You'll MakeAs our Quality Engineer, you will be the champion for excellence at our Mountain Home plant. You will play a vital role in shaping a zero-defect culture, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a role with broad influence, where you'll collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. You won't just be in the quality department; you'll be a key partner across the entire operation, driving improvements that make our processes smarter, safer, and more efficient.

You will champion our Quality Management System (QMS), leading audits and driving compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards to ensure operational excellence.You will lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies like 8D and A3 to investigate quality issues, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.You will act as a key quality partner to our suppliers and customers, managing supplier performance and resolving any quality-related inquiries to strengthen our partnerships.You will ensure quality is designed into our products and processes by developing and maintaining tools like Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) and control plans.You will help guide our team of operations technicians, providing mentorship and building the team's capabilities to support our business goals.What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.At least 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role or a related technical field.Proven experience applying core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, Statistical Analysis). Certifications like a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or CQE are a strong plus.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive change across different teams and departments.Experience with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and proficiency with tools like Minitab and Microsoft Office.
