  • Review loan documents and mortgage loan investment summaries to understand structure, risks, and key requirements.

  • Guide and support junior team members in portfolio monitoring and document interpretation.

  • Maintain regular communication with borrowers and internal stakeholders to support strong relationships.

The experience you bring:

  • 4-year college degree

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management and/or commercial loan servicing.

  • Strong experience and aptitude for reviewing and interpreting property, borrower, and guarantor financial statements.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word, and the ability to quickly learn new program applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

  • Accounting background preferred.
