Job Title: Sr. Recruiting CoordinatorLocation: Johnston, RI Duration: 6 Month ContractPay Rate: $29.50/hr W2
Role Summary: Seeking a temporary Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to support overlapping maternity leaves. The role will primarily support retail recruiting, with occasional executive recruiting exposure. Responsibilities focus on interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support, with performance measured by scheduling speed and SLA adherence rather than hire volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics for retail and select executive roles
- Schedule interviews using Paradox (automated interview scheduling tool)
- Communicate with candidates and recruiters; manage handoffs and follow-ups
- Assist with extending offers and maintaining ATS records
- Support up to 6 recruiters in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and working with candidates directly
- Experience using an ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma required
