OverviewThe Senior Relationship Manager (Sr RM) Healthcare is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare clients, developing new business opportunities, and providing expert financial solutions tailored to the healthcare industry. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare providers.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
Understand clients' financial needs and objectives, and effectively cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including commercial loans, treasury management, and other specialized financial solutions.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for credit proposals, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate and structure complex financial transactions, demonstrating strong credit underwriting and risk management skills.
Collaborate closely with internal partners, such as credit officers, treasury management specialists, and product teams, to deliver integrated client solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the healthcare financial services market.
Represent Texas Capital Bank at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, as applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services, with a significant focus on the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of success in new business development and managing a substantial loan portfolio within the healthcare sector.
Deep understanding of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models, regulatory environment, and industry-specific financial challenges.
Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
Ability to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.
