Job Description
Role: Senior Salesforce Architect Location: Fully Remote (EST time zone) Duration: 10 Months Contract (Extension expected) Interview Process: 1 round (45 minutes) – Panel includes Salesforce AdministratorsKey Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the acquired Salesforce instance as-is during the initial phase
- Lead Salesforce compliance transformation to meet security, risk, and governance standards
- Work closely with existing Salesforce administrators during the transition
- Understand the Salesforce environment and associated data within the first 90 days
- Ensure platform stability, access controls, and best practices
- Support gradual expansion of Salesforce usage and capabilities after compliance is achieved
- This role will be the first Salesforce administrator/architect on the team
- No other Salesforce administrators are currently part of the team
- Strong opportunity to grow the platform and expand Salesforce capabilities after the compliance phase
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience
- Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and own the Salesforce platform
- Experience with AWS
- Exposure to Salesforce compliance, security, or enterprise governance standards
