Location: Atlanta, GA, On-site 3 days/weekDuration: 6+ monthsRequirements:
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on AWS Connect experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Contact Center Technologies.
- Develop enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, SOQL, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Salesforce platform, LWC, Apex, Omni Script, API (Rest and SOAP), GitLab.
- Experience with Contact Center technologies, including Service Cloud Voice (SCV), Salesforce Contact Center / SCC-AC, CTI integrations, IVR technologies.
- Salesforce Developer with hands-on AWS Connect experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with Mulesoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Enterprise APIs, AWS Lambda, and related services.
- Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, and governance.
- Support AWS-based contact center architecture and servicing platforms across banking environments.
