Job Description
Job Title: Sr Supplier Quality Engineer• Job ID: 27060• Duration: 06 Months• Location: Minneapolis Minnesota 55432• Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr on W2Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device preferred).
- Supplier qualification, supplier management, and component qualification.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with PPAP, GMP, supplier audits, CAPA, Control Plans, and receiving inspection.
- Knowledge of NPD, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage suppliers for components used in Neuromodulation (brain, spinal cord, and pelvic stimulation products).
- Support supplier selection, component qualification, and supplier performance.
- Review component documentation, quality data, and inspection results.
- Partner with Component Engineering and NPD teams on supplier quality activities.
- Develop sampling strategies, control plans, approved supplier lists, and receiving inspection requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits, resolve supplier quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience (Advanced degree with 2+ years accepted).
