Seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support Class III implantable neurostimulation systems within the Pelvic Health business. The role focuses on systems engineering, hardware/software interface definition, system integration, verification & validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–8 years of Systems Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles
Experience with hardware & software interface definition/integration
System requirements development, functional analysis, and requirements allocation
System Verification & Validation (V&V)
Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with software teams
Experience leading technical discussions, design reviews, and decision making
Ability to create and maintain system documentation
Risk, cost, trade-off, and system analysis experience
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Lead system design refinement and interface definition
Perform system integration, technical planning, and V&V
Own system documentation and requirements
Collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional engineering teams
Support development of implantable medical device systems

Preferred Background:

Medical device or regulated product development experience
Implantable device or embedded systems experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days onsite/week)
