Accountabilities
- Design and execute creative assets for various platforms, including web, print, and video.
- Create high-converting websites and landing pages while ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop visually optimized email templates and graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Produce impactful display ads and graphics for social media and paid media channels.
- Design long-form sales collateral, including reports and white papers.
- Create presentation decks and one-pagers that align with sales materials.
- Assist in creative direction for video production, including scripting and storyboarding.
- Edit videos and create custom motion graphics and animations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
- Proven ability to create design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles for web and print.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
