- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for assigned properties
- Support and research information requests from property and project managers
- Review and approve invoices for processing by accounts payable
- Complete month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and schedules
- Record monthly journal entries
- Review and maintain account reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly workpapers for consolidations
- Participate in preparation of workpapers and schedules for annual audit/review and tax returns
- Generate monthly utility billings for multifamily properties using a ratio utility billing system
- Review commercial leases and assist in commercial lease activations
- Prepare construction management fees
- Prepare monthly loan draws and quarterly/annual lender financials
- Assist/prepare fixed asset reports, capital expenditure summaries, and construction draw requests
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasting
- Participate in lease rent roll audits
- Perform additional accounting and reporting duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to be challenged and grow
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
