Job Description:

• The Staff Accountant will report to OneOncology’s Assistant Corporate Controller. The position is • responsible for multiple accounting functions. This position will have a key role in assisting the • department leader with monthly financial reporting and close activities, as well as supporting our • physician practices.

Responsibilities:• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and review general ledger details• Complete assigned month-end close activities accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies• Record accruals, expense allocation and month-end true ups• Collect, analyze and convert data to general ledger system• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents and related support• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data• Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Required or Preferred Qualifications:• Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience • Proven knowledge of GAAP and internal controls• Strong excel skills preferred• Bachelor's degree required • CPA license (or CPA track) preferred Essential Competencies:• Display a detail-oriented approach to daily activities and a self-starter attitude • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives• Ability to effectively collaborate, works with a sense of urgency, and prioritizes tasks• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Attendance is an essential job function.
