Job Description
Are you an Accountant seeking a great new job! CPA firm with multiple offices needs a Staff Accountant who loves the challenge and diversity of Taxes and general Accounting. Will be responsible for a diverse group of clients in multiple industries and sizes.
We are open to new graduates who did their internships while in school.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements
- Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system
- Analyze and verify the information by creating spreadsheet reports
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining and recording files
- Prepare payments by accruing expenses and assigning account numbers when needed
Qualifications:
- 2 +plus years working in a CPA firm is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Computer experience for in house systems including Quickbooks
- Interested in a permanent position with promotion opportunities
- If working outside Pennsylvania is open to paid relocation
- Needed is one or more years working in Public Accounting handling general Tax work
