HMC Hospitality Group proudly owns and operates 76 Hooters restaurants across Illinois, Florida, Texas, Indiana, and Georgia. We also operate 2 Hoots locations, our fast-casual concept, while continuing to focus our growth on expanding the Hooters brand.

Since the first Hooters opened in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida, we've been known for great food, fun vibes, and not taking ourselves too seriously. Our casual, beach-themed restaurants serve up a craveable menu featuring seafood, sandwiches, salads, and our world-famous chicken wings.

Want to be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps the good times rolling?

As a Hooters Staffer, you're a key part of the crew that keeps everything clean, smooth, and running like clockwork. You're the go-to support for our Front of House team, making sure the restaurant stays spotless, stocked, and ready for guests to have an awesome experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Supporting the team by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and jumping in wherever needed.
Helping create a great first impression by keeping entryways and dining areas sparkling.
Working in sync with the FOH team to keep the energy high and the service flowing.
