We work closely with business partners to design, deploy, and enhance AI applications addressing key initiatives such as environmental responsibility and philanthropic efforts. Leveraging expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, data strategy, and visualization, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights. Collaboration and innovation drive our approach, enabling us to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and promote continuous improvement across various projects.What you'll do: Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytics initiatives. Perform data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate analysis and modeling. Develop, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable models and monitor their performance in production. Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data strategy to drive actionable business insights. Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau for effective data representation. Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data source identification, quality assessment, and database technologies like SQL and NoSQL. Experience in model assessment, validation, and deployment with a focus on accuracy, robustness, and scalability. Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders effectively.
