Role summary:As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role requires ownership of the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality through system design reviews and continuous improvement. • Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and data-driven decision making.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
