About the team: Our team oversees Operational and Health data across markets where Data Ventures' products operate, ensuring accurate sourcing and alignment with enterprise standards. We support consistent data use cases, sustain client relationships, and expand product offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we maintain data integrity and drive product growth. Leveraging expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, the team enables informed product development and continuous improvement aligned with business goals. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and supports the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions. What you'll do:- Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze product and feature data to derive insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively.
- Conduct customer research and journey mapping to identify pain points and improve product experiences.
- Drive product development lifecycle activities, including MVP creation, testing, and iterative enhancements.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management with a focus on delivering customer value.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision making, including analytics, research, and evaluation of product performance.
- Experience managing stakeholder communications and building consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ability to apply business strategies and project portfolio management to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to navigate complex environments and foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP creation to support iterative product development.
