About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Staff Business Operations Manager reporting to our Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy.

We're looking for someone to own and run our annual OKR process, help optimize the Ontra Leadership Committee's (OLC's) operating cadence, drive cross-functional execution on company priorities, and improve communication across the organization. This is a high-impact operational role focused on building and maintaining the systems that drive alignment. You won't be responsible for deciding what our goals are, but you will own the process that defines how the goals are set and ensures they effectively align and motivate our organization

What You'll Do
- OKR Management: Own and run the company's OKR process, driving alignment across departments by supporting OKR setting, reporting, refinement, and embedding OKRs into day-to-day work.
- OLC Meeting Facilitation: Manage the OLC's operating cadence by organizing meetings and offsites, ensuring sessions are focused, well-prepared, and result in clear outcomes and follow-ups.
- Strategic Initiative Oversight: Spearhead the execution of strategic and cross-functional projects, coordinating efforts across teams to align with organizational objectives.
- Communication Bridge: Act as a central point of coordination between the OLC and internal stakeholders, preparing communications and materials that support clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making.
- Operational Model Development: Partner with the OLC to create and communicate a cohesive operational model, amplifying their strategic impact and outreach.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years focused on OKRs and operational planning.
- OKR Management: Proven experience in managing corporate OKR processes or their equivalents.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Private Markets, including understanding of relevant products and customer segments.
- Travel Willingness: Based in the U.S., with the willingness and ability to travel as required for the role.
