What You'll Do:

  • Lead staff education, orientation, and ongoing training programs
  • Support and coach nursing staff to improve performance and care quality
  • Ensure compliance with training, regulatory, and documentation standards
  • Oversee infection prevention and control program and initiatives
  • Monitor infection trends, conduct audits, and implement improvements
  • Provide education on infection control, safety, and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to support quality care and regulatory compliance

What You'll Need:

  • Active RN license (required)
  • 1+ year of leadership or long-term care experience preferred
  • Infection Control Certification or IPC training (required)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
