Job Description

Newmark's technology team is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to drive the architecture and reliability of ourcloud-native platforms end to end, from infrastructure and CI/CD to observability and security automation. You will set technical direction across multiple teams, design resilient, high-scale infrastructure, and champion the adoption of agentic AI-driven automation to accelerate engineering velocity and unlock new operational capabilities, all while mentoring senior engineers and remaining deeply hands-on. If you are passionate about infrastructure architecture, platform reliability, agentic AI, and technical leadership, this role is for you.
