Join Walmart’s Specialty Pharmacy team as a Staff Nurse and make a meaningful impact on patient care from day one. As a Staff Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their treatment journey, directly contributing to Walmart’s mission of accessible, high-quality healthcare.

What you'll do...

Educate and train patients on new injectable therapies and medication use
Provide telephonic and video case management to support medication compliance
Assess patient administration techniques and address medication concerns
Coordinate medication shipments and facilitate timely delivery
Maintain multi-state nursing licensure and complete required CEUs

What You’ll Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
At least 1 year of nursing or related experience
Experience with patient education and case management
Strong knowledge of specialty medications and infusion techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
