As a trusted healthcare organization, you’ll contribute to the operation of the pharmacy while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented team. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth medication processing and prepare for training in IV compounding.What You’ll Do: As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.*
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication regimens and improve patient outcomes.*
  • Compound IV medications, with comprehensive training provided after approximately six months*
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations in a warehouse-style environment.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • An active Pharmacist License in Indiana.*
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, with rotating weekends *
  • Previous experience in a closed-door pharmacy setting is preferred, *
  • A motivated, adaptable, and eager mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
