Job SummaryWe are seeking a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on evaluating patients, providing individualized treatment, and supporting recovery through care plans that improve function, mobility, and overall physical performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic and functional conditions
- Monitor progress and revise treatment as appropriate
- Complete documentation in WebPT accurately and on time
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient experience preferred, though new graduates may be considered
