Job SummaryWe are hiring a Physical Therapist. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and delivering care that helps improve movement, reduce limitations, and support measurable functional progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and establish plans of care
- Provide skilled outpatient treatment for orthopedic and functional conditions
- Reassess patients and update treatment plans when appropriate
- Document care and progress accurately in WebPT
- Educate patients on exercise programs and recovery planning
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient experience preferred
